Fund raising football day

The family of a five-year-old boy diagnosed with a brain tumour are holding a football fundraising day in Osterley.

Joshua Godfrey from Brentford was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour on July 2 and is currently taking chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment.

The family are welcoming all to come and join them at Osterley Sports club at the pitch on tentelow Lane, Norwood Green on Sunday August 31 to help raisde money for Joshua.

They want as many players as possible to be there for kick off at 2pm, with a cost of £10 per person. They will aslo be raffling signed shirts and other prizes and drinks and food will be vailable on site.
