Top notch donation for West Mid

The money was raised through a variety of events including a "Row the river Nile" challenge, a "Tour de France" cycle challenge and "London Marathon" run challenge.

Alongside this other events included sataff members shaving their heads and even manager Phil hall got involved by having his legs waxed.

Phil said: "As a club we like to do at least two charity events a year with our members.

"West Mid is our chosen charity this year because at Topnotch we believe in providing a service that benefits everyone in our community.

"This is a great prtnership between a local fitness club and the local hospital promoting a healthy lifestyle and benefiting the entire community."
